Scheduling contractors and onsite inspections, documenting cell site data, managing office files, purchasing, inventory, facility related spreadsheets, tracking building utility usage during events. Assist Director of Operations: administrating internal documents, creating Agreement for Services for onsite Vendors, creating/organizing/administering documents for Public Quote and Bid projects, manage contacts, files, memos and calendar.

Worked on marketing strategy and promotions for Lorenzo's grand opening. Set up and maintained all social media. Compiled database for new/existing clients in local businesses and downtown visiting conventions to utilize marketing research. SPRING 2008Assisted company with production and administration needs including: Confirming flight reservations for traveling artists, organizing spreadsheets and files, scheduling artists for costume fittings, assisting with props, painting, and lighting for designers, running backstage places during performances, transporting artists and company patrons from airport to hotel, create welcome packets for artists, directors, designers etc.

Worked in scenic shop for summer youth workshops, responsibilities included: Building, painting, and designing youth productions. Also assisted with teaching Jr. High children to design, construct and paint a set.

Summer stock season that opened nine shows in twelve weeks, responsibilities included: Scenic paint artist for all productions (assisted on a few), prop master, ASM for final production, scenic designer for first production, oversaw company actors working on paint and prop duties.
