Responsible for project managing components of the Commercial Lending Redesign Program. Completed ongoing planning and tracking of mulitple project status dashboards, communication of issues, risks and potential areas of concern. Submit financial and resourcing needs to Program. Cooridnated key deliverables and cross dependencies across 23 workstreams with in the program. Accountable for setting up a production community "Lab" with external consulting firm and internal parties to "lean" current processes. Accountable for planning and execution of: Operational Readiness (including workflow integration); Organizational Structure; National Community Rollout Strategy; User Acceptance Testing; Pilot Rollout; National Deployment of Technology. Worked closely with Consulting Firms, Vendor, Business Partners, Stakeholders, Project Managers and Business Analysts. Program valued at $130+MM.

Management of post conversion projects and post conversion production issues with TSYS for BMO Diners Club Program. Ensuring integration into business as usual processes.

Program Manager responsible for the Integration of Diners Portfolio for Statements & Electronic Services. Program estimated at $4MM for net new business integration. Program Manager for a team of 46 internal resources and 12 (QA offshore) working on multiple projects. Liaise with senior executives internally and with client. Facilitated integrated “War Room” with all partners. Accountable for Resource Planning, Financial tracking and Executive Steering Committee presentations. Work with Client, Vendors, Stakeholders, Project Managers, Business Analysts and Systems to establish a standard process for test execution and requirements traceability. Ongoing tracking of entire program status, communication of potential areas of concern and contingency planning.

Project Managed the business requirements for the implementation of a workflow system. Program estimated at $220MM. Worked with Vendor, Business Partners, Stakeholders, Project Managers, Business Analysts and Systems to establish a standard process for Business Process Mapping (Level 1, 2, 3 and systems integration). Completed ongoing tracking of project status, communication of issues, risks and potential areas of concern along with contingency planning. Liaise with Vendor to obtain off the shelf versus customization offerings to support business in production. Preparation of program committee presentations for reporting purposes.

Automated Banking Machine Initiatives readiness for early Jan 2011 production. Implementation of new networks and customized features. Tied to a global initiative to deliver key features on the ATM's. Responsible for project managing 4 ATM projects raining in complexity and size which included; A Network set up with Interac Association to include China Union Pay to support the Diners Portfolio that was acquired, a National ATM Conversion project with Sobey's, 3rd Party Vendor for net new features and enhancement to existing BMO ATM's and finally a Marketing signage project. Managed various lines of business including Business Partners, Technology Partners and Vendors to obtain requirements and align with BMO Policies and Program Scope. Facilitated sessions including all partners that ranged in size from 5-15+ people. Ongoing tracking of project status, financials, communication of potential areas of concern and contingency planning.

MasterCard Conversion and Diners Acquisition initiative valued at $150MM with very high complexity and risk. Managed multiple projects varying in size and complexity which included; Risk & Credit Risk, Collections, New Accounts, On boarding, AML, Marketing, T&Cs and Fraud for both Canada and US Harris Bank. Managed complex program components requiring strong communication with development teams, business experts, vendors (overseas, cross boarder and local) and PMO. Managed multiple projects including Business Partners, Technology Partners and Vendors to obtain business and technical requirements and ensured they align with BMO Policies. Facilitated session including all partners that ranged in size from 10-40+ people. Preparing the on boarding plans of the Diners Credit Card Portfolios from Citibank onto the TSYS Platform Infrastructure. Requirements gathering sessions with all parties involved in the program both technical and business. Responsible for Business Process Mapping. Ongoing tracking of project status, communication of potential areas of concern, financials, resourcing and contingency planning. Preparing the onboarding of the Diners Credit Card Portoflios from Citibank onto the TSYS Infrastructure for credit card processing on behalf of BMO. Liaise with Vendor to obtain off the shelf versus customization options to support business in production.

Project managed the program deliverables for a BMO MasterCard program valued at $35MM. Project managed multiple program schedules, issues and risks. Worked with PM’s to validate project schedules and close gaps. Responsible for the structural development of the Program Office - implementation of Process to be used, Documentation, Change Management, Financial Reporting, SharePoint warehousing of documentation and guidance/escalation point for other project managers. Developed program and project plans, workload balancing, financial reporting for executive steering committee, financial tracking, test strategies, test plans and implementation plans. Track program financials including forecasting, measuring variance to plan and identify issues. Created monthly Steering Committee presentations with Program Manager. In addition to program duties, managed a project with in the program. To ensure program success, liase with lines of business (R&D, Marketing, PMO, Promotional Card Products, Technology & QA) to validate that all business requirements have been identified and developed accurately. Ensure that program and all it's projects comply with PMO standards and provide reporting of such to executive management.

Manage multiple phases of planning and testing for a $435MM Industry driven Program. Managed multiple phases of planning and testing for the TECP Program (Truncation Electronic Cheque Presentment) readiness on existing and new systems/applications ranging from $1MM-$5MM. Liaise with Development, Line of Business, Vendors (overseas and local), Project Management Office and Client on key initiatives to ensure successful requirements gathering and implementation of various projects. Develop project plans, workloads, test strategies, test plans and budget analysis for execution team. Facilitated internal and client weekly/daily status meetings to ensure requirements documents are completed. Supervised the success of a team of QA analysts ranging from 6-15 people on any given project during all phases of QA Management. Responsible for the reporting of project status and communication plans to both internal executive team and client executive team.

Manage process and projects for new and existing Bank Systems/Applications during User Acceptance Testing during multiple phases.Ensure Bank Quality Standards are met for all applications prior to implementation.Assess External Design Documents from development and/or Vendor.Manage a team of analysts; provide point of escalation & assist with problem resolution.Responsible for multiple projects varying in complexity and cost at any given time.
