I was also responsible for the planning and project management of development teams in conjunction with the Chief Technology Officer. As well as reporting key stakeholders and investors on the project and delivery timeframes.

I developed and enhanced consultants product knowledge through client staff training and development throughout the partner channel. I also delivered new product training seminars for consultants as well as strategic alliance partners. I was responsible for local level marketing, brand building, and product awareness.In addition, I was also responsible for the training and development of consultants; development and delivery of training courses for existing and new consultants for all enterprise solutions as well as being responsible for the ongoing management of business partner relationships.

I was contracted for 12 months or project manage the research, sourcing implementation, and rollout of company-wide systems. Included were the in-house development of an online retail website and new mail order and ERP systems. Developed company-wide business process documentation for four disparate development teams to understand and develop appropriate processes for all systems and ensure collaborative integration throughout all business systems. Developed internal manuals for each company division for staff training rollout. Successfully delivered an on-time and on budget project.
