My career has been varied, starting with educational administration and early childhood issues at Wheelock College. After an MBA at Harvard, I worked at the World Bank for a number of years, primarily on issues related to enterprise development and financial sector issues. My love for child development issues ultimately prevailed and I went back for a Ph.D. in clinical and community psychology at the University of Maryland. Subsequently, I've worked at Children's National Medical Center, various public and private schools and created a private practice as a pediatric neuropsychologist in Northern California. More recently, I have worked at the Napa Preschool Program and currently do assessments of individuals with developmental disabilities for one of our local Regional Centers. Over the years, I have also offered workshops and training for a variety of mental health and educational organizations.
