About Melanie Galea

I have been a part of the Financial Planning Services industry for over 15 years with the past 9 dedicated to software learning. Much of this time has been spent leading and driving a dedicated team of training specialists, being responsible for people, processes, frameworks and growth to provide software users with key skills and knowledge. I have led key projects to implement a global learning management system and new learning programs to enhance overall efficiencies and user experience. I continue to enjoy roles in leadership, project management, process improvements, and learning.
