Leading the Community Support Team to deliver quality entry level home based services to the local aged community and those living with a disability under CHSP ans HACC PYP. Supervised and built the capacity of over 13 staff to coordinate day to day service delivery for over 3000 clients and lead a team of over 160 Community Support Workers. Achievements☆ Led the development of the new Service Facilitation model to bring Service Delivery inline with Aged Care Reform requirements☆ Development of the Service Scope Panel which assesses risk to determine temporary out of scope arrangements for complex clients ☆ Developed and implemented the Ideal Roster Guide to address high injury rates, continuity of care and equity in shift distribution which resulted in significant positive outcomes☆ Worked collaboratively with the team to create tighter payroll process which allowed for better oversight☆ Facilitated numerous team forums for both the community support team and the wider department to drive improved client outcomes☆ Wrote several successful business cases relating to workflow changes and recruitment.☆ Led the development and implementation of a new Supervision and Development Model for Community Support Workers.

Lead the intake team for the assessment and treatment of offenders with sexual or violent convictions who have a cognative impairment.

Led the development and implementation of education and inclusive activities for over 1200 asylum seekers at Manus Island Offshore Processing Centre.During my time on Manus Island, my team made significant improvements to education participation and activity engagement rates.

Led the expansion of the Community Detention program from 23 cases to 126 cases. Managed all aspects of two funding contracts and two subcontractors. Recruited and managed over 20 staff members and the expansion into 4 office locations across Melbourne. Developed the quality framework for the program, along with policy and procedures for all aspects of the service. Worked closely with Government and community services to ensure high quality service delivery. Managed financial budgets and processes for the program, including the delivery of living allowance payments for clients. Developed systems for qualitative and quantitative data collection, providing reporting to funding bodies and analysed data to make indicated changes.A major achievement was leading the development of the Meaningful Engagement Program for AMES. The program focused on developing community partnerships to engage thousands of asylum seekers in value roles with the community.
