Responsible for the design and delivery of Events as well as other projects undertaken by the organisation. Working in the areas of workshop design, delivery and facilitation, and project management.

Provide executive leadership and management to the organisation working with volunteer Board Manage the budget and reporting requirements for the organisation and projects Secure sponsorship for the organisation and major events Organise and conduct all events Build and manage stakeholder relationships Develop and implement communication and marketing strategies, including social media, website and media releases

Responsible for the design and delivery of the Loddon Murray Community Leadership program. LMCLP trains innovative leaders and builds the capacity of rural communities of all sizes to address their local issues and respond positively to change. The program builds leadership skills, explores the major issues facing central and north-west Victoria, and facilitates positive change. The program also develops a dynamic regional network through the shared experiences of individuals and local communities.
