Responsible for developing, implementing and managing Pacific Union Homes’ (PUH) customer-related processes, internal corporate procedures and organizational development initiatives.- Created new strategies to enhance and streamline the overall customer experience during the home purchase process in cooperation with experts from all levels of PUH. - Developed detailed documentation of each new process, including corresponding scripts for employees to use, and facilitated the implementation of those practices.- Developed a comprehensive customer satisfaction initiative in partnership with senior executives and Eliant Inc. - Managed the organizational development strategy including the creation of job descriptions, growth review templates and all other position-specific documents for PUH.- Facilitated the creation of and documented detailed day-to-day processes completed within all departments to ensure consistent best practices were being utilized throughout the company.

Responsible for defining, implementing and managing a variety of corporate-wide initiatives.- Developed and implemented and administered the sales system at Pacific Union Homes. This included managing a coordinated QA process that involved multiple departments. Created detailed training manuals and facilitated training for all employees that used the system.- Managed the redesign of the Pacific Union Homes corporate website and all project-specific websites in cooperation with our ad agency and executive team. - Initiated and executed new corporate graphic standards for the entire company, including the development of a formal corporate “Style Guide.”- Standardized the Pacific Union Homes Purchase and Sale Agreement and all-related contract package documents to bring consistency to the contract process and make future changes more efficient.

Managed content management staff and project budget.- Created, managed and continually improved the ProBusiness Web strategy. - Strategized with experts across the company to deliver relevant information for both the Intranet and Internet that conveyed our marketing strategy along with our product and service offerings. - Partnered with cross-functional groups in order to compile information that supported corporate marketing strategy along with capturing enhancements to present on the corporate Web sites.- Completed ad-hoc projects such as communication materials for product rollouts, client and employee correspondence as well as proofreading of corporate documentation.
