Responsible for France, Germany, and Italy payroll processing;- Maintain payroll records; new hires, terminations, transfers, contractual changes, additional payments processing with ADP collaboration, - Benefit processing for each country's regulations,- Ensure all data is processed in outputs by reconciling all, additionally payslips and final files; statutory 3rd party and tax payment files checking,- Ensure all social security, mandatory insurances, and pensions are duly authorized (for France, regular URSSAF website check, DSN declaration reconciliation, Mercer Q payments),- Initiate salary and 3rd party payments via connecting with the Cash Team, - Build and nurture cooperation with local stakeholders and the vendor to proceed with all payroll records on time.

Responsible for processing mainly France and other EMEA country's payrolls. My responsibilities are to;- Extract data inputs from HR system of record, run the reports from payroll platform, and prepare inputs properly for payroll provider (CloudPay),- Ensure payroll is processed accurately within agreed deadlines,- Reconcile outputs whether all are processed correctly, - Liaise proper coordination daily basis with the external Payroll provider to improve and solve any payroll-related issues,- Identify and resolve all queries from employees via payroll helpdesk daily basis,- Send statutory forms to Payroll provider within agreed deadlines and liaise coordinations with authorities,- Make salary payments, 3rd party payments (Social Security, taxes) Pension, advances, etc. - Be the key point between local HRs and Payroll providers,- Update desktop procedure (the guide to process payroll) for each assigned country (country-specific rules, rates, changes, etc.) and prepare a checklist after payroll is approved by the manager monthly basis,- perform ad hoc activities related to the assigned payroll group,- Participate in payroll projects for the assigned countries.
