• Sets up and maintains office procedures, filing and indexing systems and forms • Generate and analyze reports; review KPI’s and make recommendations for improvements related to products, services, customer service, and policies.• Supervise the work of administrative, and customer service employees to ensure quality, deadlines, and procedures adherence. • Coordinate cross-functionally with other departments to ensure customer complaints are resolved in a timely manner.• Providing support to customers to reach root cause using the NCR process and communicate findings and proposed resolutions as well as preventative action to the team. • Maintains calendars and processes a variety of documents such as purchase requisitions/purchase orders prepares payment and billing invoices as well as verifies shipment or billing invoices against original purchase orders• Maintain account ledgers by posting credits, expenditures, payments, costs, discounts and adjustments.

 Oversees the monitoring of daily appropriation reports and ensures that agreements are in accordance with pricing agreements. Oversees the maintenance of a file system for major/ corporate customers including contracts, invoices, credits, and returns. Correct any errors found in invoice, sales commissions or customer deviations and issue customer credits/refunds if necessary. Review aged reports and work to resolve collection issues, as well as answer or delegate all questions, or special requests. Determine training and development needs for staff and new hires to streamline the process. Act as a liaison between various departments, sales representatives and customers, and offer alternatives and suggestions for paper products.  Handle complaints and order tacking while maintain open channels of communications.
