I specialize in individual and small group coaching. My focus is strength and conditioning, endurance coaching and training the mind to not sabatoge the athletic effort. In the past I have worked with athletes who are completing their first or fiftieth event, those recovering from injuries to return to the activities they love. I have also worked with members of the military and their dependents to achieve their goals and dreams.
