Public Health Director for a newly forming Public Health Department in Delaware County, PA. Delaware County Pennsylvania is the most populous county in the country without a stand alone local public health department. The Delaware County Health Department will be built upon the 21st Century Public Health ideology, utilizing Public Health Accreditation, Public Health 3.0 and Public Health Forward frameworks.

Supervise and manage all staff and clinical trial study coordinators. Negotiate pharmaceutical trial budgets and contracts. Maintain all FDA regulatory documentation for clinical research trials.Manage and validate all Principal Investigators (MDs) and Study Coordinators training and education for clinical trials. Prepare NYSDOH required reports (Municipal Public Health Service Plan, Community Health Assessment, and Annual Performance Report).Coordinator of the Public Health Emergency Preparedness Program.
