- Scheduled full day onsite interviews and phone screenings for hundreds of high level leadership and manager level candidates for engineering, legal, and finance roles- Prioritized and efficiently completed high volumes of urgent requests and tasks as well as assisted fellow RCs with various needs due to increased workloads in a fast paced work environment- Trained incoming RCs on our systems and processes, including inbox management training, scheduling and hosting shadow sessions, and remote scheduling best practices and SLAs.- Hosted candidates onsite and acted as attentive point of contact for candidates throughout their day - Communicated and partnered with recruiters, sourcers, and executive assistants to make the candidate experience seamless without sacrificing interviewer experience- Monitored and reported on the capacity of interviewers and available interview rooms using Google calendar data to enhance clear communication within the recruiting team and with candidates - Partnered with engineers through the calibration and training process to help them in becoming independent interviewers to grow the pool of available interviewers as our company scales- Acted as the point of contact for all issues and informational questions surrounding the interview process related to Mobile engineering candidates (both iOS and Android)- Coordinated travel accommodations and expenses for out of area candidates
