Our powerful suite of APIs helps neobanks, financial institutions, banking-as-a-service platforms, and anyone who issues a payment card launch customized rewards tailored to their unique customer needs. We have raised $30M to date from top investors including Tiger Global Management, Fin Capital, Underscore Ventures, as well as angels, founders, and executives from Ally Financial, Affirm, Alloy, Mastercard, Robinhood, and many other leading financial and fintech institutions.- Sole recruiter at a fast growing Series A fintech company, hiring across Engineering, Product, Finance, and Sales, including leadership and senior manager level roles, growing the team from 30 to 65 employees- Built recruitment function from scratch including all processes, workflows, and ATS administration- Managed full candidate experience lifecycle from application review and phone screens through to offer acceptance, negotiated compensation and offer details to close top candidates- Owned all sourcing and talent branding efforts to build a robust pipeline for each of our roles- Partnered closely with our COO and VP of Finance to align hiring plans with business objectives- Reported on key hiring metrics and delivered insights to keep hiring managers in the loop and find opportunities to increase efficiency within our processes
