I re-located to New York City in 2016 with the honor of being employee #2 of the New York City office of Turner Duckworth. As a founding member of the studio, I played a key role in translating Turner Duckworth’s core values and culture to an expanding set of clients and colleagues. I led the studio’s largest account, presented work to our international clients, and created strategic documents in pursuit of new business.I was also active in student outreach, ensuring Turner Duckworth’s presence at job fairs, portfolio reviews, and AIGA events. I created Turner Duckworth NYC’s internship program and implemented a goal-based mentorship program.

In my five years at Turner Duckworth San Francisco I rose from intern to mid-level designer. While there I created award-winning work, led a small and fast-paced team for one of our core clients, and collaborated with the London studio both remotely and in person. I designed for both global and entrepreneurial clients including Samsung, Coca-Cola, Sprite, and Popchips.In addition to design responsibilities, I also led several in-house initiatives for the San Francisco studio. These included a cross-studio collaboration to position, develop, and implement Turner Duckworth’s social media presence; a cultural outreach program to take part in the Bay Area’s art and design communities; and a role mentoring design interns. I also assisted the direction and development of Turner Duckworth’s portfolio imagery, working closely with photographers and visualizers.
