My goal is to improve the quality of care in senior living by establishing economical, ethical, and personal growth.This love for healthcare was instilled by my grandmother who was a Nurse and had dementia for the entirety of my life. I grew up assisting in her care as well as other family members. I began working at age 16 between school and sports until I obtained my CNA and set on my path in healthcare. I’ve worked to ensure quality of care and provide a rewarding experience for all Residents through person centered care, enriching activities, and rehabilitation.I am no stranger to the bedside and I have gained experience from an administrative perspective, but I am looking to make a difference in Resident’s lives on a larger scale. I am currently working on my degree in Healthcare Administration and Policy. I've been given the amazing opportunity to attend school while being able to care for my baby girl full time.Through education and experience, I am obtaining the tools I need to develop and expand services for Residents as well as ensure the growth and success of the entity I am committed to.
