Designed and developed database objects to support application development and SSRS reporting needs, working closely with C# and .Net developers. Created and carried out training for staff and students in various technical areas including Microsoft Office tips, grade book software, photo editing and web page creation.

Worked closely with Marketing department in implementing and managing all ecommerce initiatives. Maintained public web site and the organization’s Intranet; managing and publishing content and maintaining web servers. Established Intranet standards and training on creating department web pages.

Redesigned the Customer Workflow Web site. Created data collection systems to capture data in the customer order workflow process. Established reports of gathered data using SQL statements and created a MS Access user front-end.
