Pioneered and implemented AMN's first digital adoption platform, WalkMe, to support new team member onboarding, performance, and ongoing enhancements to Salesforce. So far, WalkMe has enabled our department to better serve our customers and to provide highly contextual learning experiences. The business has seen a decrease in ramp time, churn, along with an increase in cross-departmental relationships. In order to establish a successful and sustainable implementation, I established content development policies and agile processes in partnership with the Sales Organization and my leadership. Our team fully integrated with our IT department and QA team to help ensure that our content is of the highest verified quality.Additionally, in partnership with our marketing department, I created and implemented the first Learning and Development Style Guidelines along with templates that align with our departments unique style. This living document serves to support the departments need to quickly create high quality training materials for our customers.

Worked in support of an enterprise-wide launch of Salesforce and PeopleSoft 9.2 through creation of an effective learning experience. I supported Mid and Back office business functions during the 2018 launch to our Locums business, I utilized knowledge tools such as: Oracle UPK, Surveygizmo, and live system demos to create a learning experience that follows the adult learning model. In addition to supporting the training model, I lead the Communications & Enrollment for our upcoming launch. Within my first 6 months in this role, I co-facilitated 3 sessions (New Team Member Orientation, Service-Oriented Culture, and a UAT Execution and Time Submission course).

After interning for the company, I became the first Summer Intern to be extended and hired to work remotely during the school year. I worked 20 hours per week to build additional sites and resources for requesting departments. I consulted with and advised business groups to help create custom solutions for their departmental training needs. In order to successfully build resources, I utilized Adobe products to create things such as websites, handouts, graphics, job aids and system reorganization.

As an intern, I gained insight into the field of Human Resources and Talent Development while working with leaders and subject matter experts. Over the summer, I was focused on instructional design and technical training. Through my learning, I revamped and redesigned an internal website called "Credentialing World" using Dreamweaver and Photoshop CC. I also networked and built my personal brand to include strong work ethic, corporate savvy, agile learner and high standards of project output.

In the Berkeley Study Abroad Office, I worked as a peer advisor for the UCEAP and Berkeley Study Abroad Programs. On a daily basis I interacted with students, assisting and advising them through the multifaceted process of studying abroad. While I efficiently managed and triaged the front desk of the office, I processed applications and maintained data through Excel. Through this position, I gained efficient communication and supportive advising skills.

At the Cal Student store, I supported and maintained over $2,000 in daily sales for a large University. I also managed large returns to wholesale textbook companies, valuing in over $1,000,000 in saved money for the company. While working at the store, I gained space-planning skills through organizing a warehouse to store over 300,000 textbooks. Additionally, I developed interpersonal and communications skills while assisting students with purchases and recommendations.

As a student fundraiser, I applied effective communication and influence skills to achieve fundraising goals in support of the University. I was successfully promoted within a 4 month period through completing a proficiency assessment. I also achieved pledge rates of 40% or better, raising over $5,000 per month totaling $20,000 by the end of the fiscal year.

At RollerCity, I displayed excellent customer service skills through organizing group parties of 30+. I was responsible for maintaining cash drawers and ticket sales, as well as answering queries for customers. During this position, I received a California Food Handler's License.
