Co-hosted and produced a show for Smule called Smule 1:1 . The show involves highlighting talented artists from around the world. My role directly contributes to the production, editing, curation of content, promotion, and hosting of the show. The show has engaged an audience of millions, and has received over 4 million entries to the submission hashtag.The production of the show allowed me to master video editing skills, using a variety of Adobe Suite programs (Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator) In addition, It has allowed me to to perfect social media promotional skills within the main social media sites like Facebook, YouTube and Instagram. As a Customer Experience Specialist, I gained experience in handling complex customer inquiries, accounting adjustments, emergency related inquiries. Over time, I was promoted to the Electric Emergency Skills group, in which I gained experience in handling extensive emergency work inquiries, continuous construction projects, maintaining customer contact for appointment scheduling and work completionWithin the skills group, I worked with CPMS, Oracle, SQL databases and other software. I also gained knowledge in building solutions via Sharepoint and built multiple intranet sites for the company in order to improve and streamline essential business processes. Due my dedication, I received numerous awards related to safety and customer experience.
