•Management of lease processes and transactions for healthcare client’s physician services group•Portfolio includes client owned and 3rd party owned locations in: Texas, Oklahoma, Florida, South Carolina, Georgia, Utah, Idaho, Alaska, Nevada, California •Lease negotiations, renewals, amendments•Management of healthcare real estate compliance issues as pertaining to Stark and Anti-Kickback •Relationship liaison between healthcare client’s corporate real estate asset managers, development team, legal counsel and market managers regarding lease transactions •Lease Administration - drafting and approval of internal lease approval paperwork•Lease Database Management (Yardi, PAWS)•Problem resolution for lease dilemmas •Training of new leasing hires for HCA hospital regions. •Daily interaction with healthcare client's corporate real estate asset managers, development team, legal counsel and market managers regarding lease transactions.•Tenant Representation, providing negotiating contracts from Letter of Intent through lease execution.
