Throughout my career I have always been curious and never afraid to try new things. Training is where I found my true passion. Teaching and knowing that you are setting the stage for another individual’s career path is beyond rewarding. Compassion for all employees and their learning styles drives me to learn more. My method is training through entertaining. This method is vital for the employee by holding their attention, making learning fun, retaining what they have learned and most importantly it builds rapport between the employee and the trainer. Due to my years of experience in claims for both home and auto, sales, underwriting and policy service, I have the skill set knowledge to provide well rounded training for insurance professionals. I have 18 years of claims experience ranging from Automobile Bodily Injury/litigation claims to Homeowner liability litigation claims and rounded it out as a Claims Manager. I have a current FL 620 license that also allows me to continue to adjust claims. I was also the Territory Sales Manager/New Agent Trainer for ACICF/ACSIC (AAA Insurance). I have used my prior experience to train new agents regarding coverages and claims to assist them in selling new policies. Due to all of my experience, I have a greater understanding of a policy from the beginning to the end and it has allowed me to transition to become a Assistant Retail Sales Leader. Management is where I excel the most due to business knowledge and my strong people skills. I am highly motivated with strong leadership skills that nets positive results.
