Directed all Sales and Marketing of the largest Settlement Planning firm in the United States. Responsibilities included key account acquisition and management, creation and execution of the strategic direction of the firm, management of strategic partners, and oversight of national sales force (150+). Notable accomplishments included a successful disruptive rebrand campaign from an iconic brand presence, creation/launch of a successful new sales strategy for the Consultants, implementation of new partner management protocols, creation/manage succession plans of retiring Consultants, formed a new business development team, created innovative training programs, founded a Women's Leadership Forum and on-boarded and launched the single largest client in the industry.

Named COO in 2009 and President in 2011, managed all functional areas of the company including Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Operations. Successfully led firm through the financial markets downturn of 2008 by landing new clients, creating and launching a new sales strategy for the national sales force, designing a new brand identity and by implementing new budget and forecasting tools to create a robust financial discipline at the corporate level meant to eliminate waste, improve accuracy and create accountability.Named VP Business Development in 2007, managed all large clients and the activities of the national sales force, established new firm-wide strategic sales and marketing plan, and created efficiencies in the operations and sales areas. Notable accomplishments include resolving long-term outstanding client satisfaction issues, successfully keeping the sales force intact through an acquisition, owning key areas of the post-acquisition transition impacting the field and home office such as systems conversions and launches, new budget processes, financial reporting and accountability to parent company, and integration of parent company objectives, systems and procedures to SFA.As a Structured Settlement Consultant/Marketing Director, divided time between being a member of the national sales force and helping Home Office roll out programs to benefit the national sales force. As a Consultant, created and placed financial solutions for victims of personal injury or wrongful death claims and was one of the first in the industry to master the use of Structured Settlements on "Medicare Set Asides" WC claims. As Marketing Director, by leveraging experience as a Consultant, successfully launched several new websites, developed new collaterals for field use such as marketing materials, training presentations, and marketing presentations. Having first-hand knowledge of the sales process helped the company provide meaningful tools to its sales force.
