With over 28 years of experience as a Master Choreographer and Creative Director, I lead and inspire dancers, teachers, and audiences at Perseverance Dance Company, where I set choreography throughout the country and adjudicate at regional and national competitions. I also travel the world to educate and share my passion and vision for dance, and to create memorable and impactful experiences through the art form.My core competencies include problem solving, management, communication, and retail sales. I have successfully owned and managed my own competitive company that ranked among the top 10 in the country, and have designed costumes that enhanced the confidence and performance of the dancers. I have the ability to adapt to different styles, levels, and expectations, and to make changes promptly when needed. My mission is to bring out the best in every dancer, teacher, and client I work with, and to contribute to the growth and innovation of the dance industry.
