She held a senior manager position at Pace Perk, one of our student-run businesses at Pace University's Center for Student Enterprise. At Perk, she was in charge of purchasing and ran a team of four to make sure the restaurant always had the necessary food and supplies in stock. She then moved over to Pace Fit, a student-run healthy snack bar in the fitness center, as General Manager. In that job, she was in charge of overseeing everything at the business and a team of a dozen employees. She was directly responsible for all hiring and firing, training, approving payroll hours, monitoring manager hours, running manager and staff meetings, and more.
