Primary function is to get orders to approved status before final billing to the Client and pay to the network partners. Additional functions are:• To keep revenue flowing by approving a high percentage of orders and exceeding measurable expectations on a weekly basis• Identify the flow of orders in filters and work with the Development Team to get any orders not needing my review to go through an automated approval cycle• Analyze problems then use the best method for the resolution so they can be approved or flow to the appropriate filter• Credit and Re-bill process• Handle Client billing dispute’s, credits and network partner deductions on a larger scope• Initiate specs on billing configurations and filter changes in order to lessen manual touches within a high volume setting• Identify network partner accessorial trends that may cause margin defects and collaborate with Operations team on root causes and solutions• Enter network partner rates into our transportation system• Enter Client rates into our transportation system
