Production Supervisor
CurrentI am currently with the Launch time for the new Infiniti Crossover that Nissan is involved in Launching. Before this launch, I was supervisor over Headliner project. I have been in Management for 7 years. While over Headliners, I was trained to Program Laser Beam Robots (NTC), KMT Water Jet Robots, trained on different size Presses. In the training on the presses, had to be trained on how to learn control conditions. This was to be able to make any adjustments to Heat settings, any control settings that effect the way part got formed/ manufactured. With the New Infinit project, having to start lines up from ground zero to launch date. This involves setting Production targets, training associates on the process, making charts and graphs to log information on the progress of the launch. Making SOS sheets (Standard Operation Sheets) for operators to know how to perform their job correctly. Been on this project for about 5 months. This projects Launches with M-tek on Feb 1, 2012.
