• Responsible for the day to day operations of Sheridan Outlet and Sheridan online websites including content management, checking site for bugs, troubleshooting, enabling/disabling products, setting up promotions and provide feedback on user reviews.• Uploading and maintaining all product and navigation• Creative content development and uploading web assets onto the website.• To coordinate and execute website activity and brief production requests in line with briefs from Retail, Wholesale and Marketing.• Ensure all promotions are set up correctly and timely in the system and are tested successfully in the test environment before going live.• Review sales in Google Analytics and offer recommendations for opportunities in a weekly report.• Lead major projects to increase revenue. • Train and mentor team members

• Sheridan Online, help Sheridan Online consumers navigate the website and process orders. Ensure the Sheridan website is showing the correct stock information and that all orders are sent through and delivered on time.• Work experience in Myer store, preparing stock on the floor for store opening.• Provide presentations to the Sheridan Platinum Club customers and Agents the benefits of Brandsnet • Team involvement, being apart and help prepare functions and attending Sheridan functions which include team building activities and trade nights.• Developed manuals for team members so tasks can be completed without difficulty. Also provide training to fellow team members.• Brandsnet Administration skills including the unloading and maintaining of Sheridan ranges on Brandsnet. Posting Brandsnet monthly sales and news.• Provide great customer service to the all stores. Customer orders received are processed as a priority. Stores are contacted and advised purchase order numbers and order status details.• Processing and uploading of EDI orders for the retail and wholesale stores using the BOB system. Any EDI order issues are communicated to the Retail Back Office team or wholesale team.• VMI picking for both Concession and Outlet stores.• Liaise closely with the Retail Back Office team and the Warehouse in regards to new store openings. Deliveries are monitored and tracked daily to ensure all stock is delivered as per the specified delivery dates. • Order book management.• Tracking of all stores deliveries. Any delivery issues are communicated back to stores.• System knowledge that includes the BOB and Retail Back Office system Microsoft Word, Excel, Internet and Credit claim workflow system.• Mail duties including incoming and outgoing mail.• Reception skills and a professional telephone manner.• Customer complaints, including sending out replacement stock to customers.
