In 2021 I took on the exciting role of recruiting for both Telehealth and Divergent Medical Careers. Working in healthcare recruitment for over 10 years, I am now using my specialised knowledge and skills to consult with and recruit doctors within telehealth, digital health, research, pharmaceuticals and medical education. We are here to listen, advise and help our doctors to design a healthcare career they love whilst getting more out of their current careers by exploring the non-clinical aspects of healthcare roles. Trading a traditional medical career for a divergent career in medicine can be a daunting experience. However, we believe that doctors should not have to settle for pre-set medical career paths and instead follow their passion. I initially started off working with the locum surgery division and have since moved across and now I am responsible for the recruitment of senior locum physicians across Australia in all medical sub specialties within public and private hospitals. I enjoy working collaboratively with my doctors and clients and I’m committed to providing a quality service to both.

I joined the Locum Team at Wavelength and worked closely with 1 Consultant to assist in the placement of doctors in short term roles across Australia. This was a fast paced, high volume area covering Surgery and all sub specialties.
