Offer brand support for Hourglass Cosmetics by training cast members on product knowledge and showing how to best represent our brand to a client. Participate in special events and drive store sales each visit. Build relationships with store leadership and work as a cooperative partner to succeed our products in store.

Convert guests into clients while finding their product and service needs through thorough consultations. Work towards meeting service and piece goals while maintaining a well kept and stocked prestige department. Give each customer the WOW experience. Use the Benefit Brow Mapping technique to effectively take each guests measurements and find the perfect brow shape for each client. Demonstrate to each customer how to maintain their ideal brow between wax services by defining with structure, volume and lift as well as make sure they go home with the proper products for upkeep. Instruct all Benebabes on how to use all other fabulous Benefit products!

Soak up as much knowledge while learning advanced techniques and procedures regarding skincare and medical aesthetics such as laser hair removal, IPL, dermaplaning etc. Complete pertinent office tasks as directed and contribute in any way that promotes the success of the practice.

Provide customized skin care therapies including facials and exfoliation such as chemical peels and microdermabrasion. Perform other spa services such as waxing, aromatherapy, lash and brow tinting. Make appropriate product and service recommendations tailored to client's specific skincare needs.
