I am a dedicated land steward, gardener, and sustainable ag farmer with an extensive background in client relationship management. Let me share how these experiences came together and how I can help you. Before working in landscaping and ag, I worked in beauty and fashion. As Education Executive for one of the most influential beauty brands, I delivered hundreds of workshops and presentations on products, trends, and artistry. I spent over two decades building client relationships, addressing client concerns, and identifying industry opportunities. I saw first hand how education and collaboration builds trust and increases engagement. I also represented the brand at events all over the world and advocated for environmental and human rights. With a passion for people and the planet, I jumped off the corporate ladder and completed a MS in Environmental Science and Sustainability. The degree offered a whole systems approach to addressing climate change. I immersed myself in sustainable ag, the food-water-energy nexus, circular economy principles, and environmental law and policy. I interned at Loyola's Urban Ag program caring for the greenhouse and garden. As garden steward, I gained experience working in Chicago’s public parks, small businesses, and residential properties. Today, I serve as Client Representative for over 50 high-end residential and commercial spaces. Everyday I lead with organic practices and sustainability to improve and protect the natural environment. In my personal time, I am partnering with NRCS to restore 20 acres of land back to oak savanna, woodland, and grassland. One-quarter acre is dedicated to sustainable ag farming. I am always interested in hearing from land stewards, farmers, and sustainability professionals. I am deeply interested in opportunities that create a healthier food system and restore habitats.
