- Reported directly to the CMO - tasked to build out and expand the Marketing department - leading ABM, demand generation, brand and the event strategy - Responsible for MRP's global marketing strategy and program execution across NA, LATAM, EMEA, APAC regions, managing a team 4 marketing professionals- Manage editorial content calendar, ensuring we deliver content for all stages of the buyer's journey - Deliver tangible business results and ROI for every delivered campaign based on defined campaign plans- Supported the product and engineering team with new analyst relations - Forrester, Gartner, MarTech- Manage marketing budgets, track campaign results and make improvements for future campaigns- Define lead routing, flow and management to create MQLs and sales opportunities- Manage MRP's social media strategy (Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter)- Responsible for MRP’s global event strategy (MRP-led, 3rd party sponsorship) and webinar strategy - Implement new marketing technology to MRP stack to support the marketing plan and event growth- Document marketing and operations best practices Recent successes:- Implemented a nurture campaign strategy to target our personas in the early, mid, late stage of the buyer journey- Successfully added event, content creation and webinar marketing technology to MRP's martech stack and trained internal marketing team on best practices for implementation- Successfully partnered with our PR agency to implement a social media strategy to better communicate MRP's brand (on-going)- Spear-headed our ABM strategy through the use of leveraging our product, MRP Prelytix and proving that it works. Working closely with sales, product team and marketing to align LOBs.
