I am very passionate about working with Innovative and progressive professional service firms; making a difference through process improvement and unleashing the opportunities for team members.Having worked in public practice for most of my career I have seen the nature of public practice change dramatically with the addition of different service offerings, adaption of team member skills and the need to constantly challenge the status-quo in every aspect of our business. Through these experiences I enjoy identifying the potential within accounting teams to do more with less through FuseWorks - by identifying opportunities to streamline their business processes and be more productive and profitable.The primary goal is all about helping businesses to work in the best way possible – knowing that process improvements don’t only make your team hum but that they also engage your team in meaningful work, and I’m continually excited by the opportunity to make a real difference for our clients and their businesses.
