Reporting to the House Operations Manager, the Guest Services Associates’ key responsibilities include: Smooth operation of the House during a combination of evenings, nights and weekends Greeting guests when they arrive Managing the admission process Providing assistance and information to guests Controlling access to the House Administrative duties such as report preparation Providing direction for volunteers in the House Managing data in computerized reservation system

Assist in coordinating events with Ronald McDonald House NL including the annual Red Shoe Crew Walk for Families across the province. June 2013 to September 2013 and again in summer of 2014.

As a Summer Day Camp Coordinator at the Boys and Girls Clubs of St. John's it was my job to be an expert in fun! My tasks were to plan and coordinate 10 weeks of fun, educational, and active summer fun for a group of approximately 60 children aged 9 to 12. This position involved lots of planning, program preparation, quick thinking, and fun!

Attending and organized events in the city of St. John's to get the word out about Happy City. Happy City provides a forum for people to discuss the change and development that is happening in St. John's.
