• Prospecting key targets through various mediums for lead generation and relationship building• Tailoring and organizing event and presentation/ education efforts in communities with highest savings potential/ needs; to also include communities with municipalities and active environmental/ energy efficiency groups and organizations working action plans to become more energy efficient and represent / present across all PECO solutions• Connecting with municipalities, engaged or active stakeholders, trusted messengers in communities and enthusiastic program participants to reach deeper into communities with social messaging and grassroots marketing• Developing and nurturing relationships with event organizers, venue managers, Environmental Action Committees in small government, industry groups, HOA presidents and members, EE organizations, universities and schools, municipal managers, and more to continue to develop meaningful knowledge of a program and its goals and benefits• Engaging customers at existing utility sponsored events• Training energy advisors on effective Outreach practices and using their industry knowledge and customer service skills to enhance Outreach efforts and increase conversion rates• Partnering with contractor base to leverage existing customer relationship to increase customer service and present savings opportunities • Using Outreach and branding best practices to engage children and parents or seniors specifically to design meaningful program branded activities and giveaway items that create opportunity to engage and educate, or have a long and useful shelf-life in a customer’s home• Utilizing field staff knowledge and ability for research of new prospects in unexplored braches including real estate, religious groups, environmental centers, schools and identify HOA communities in the PECO territory.

Responsible for thorough and accurate residential audits in accordance with program energy efficiency standards and client requirements. Responsibilities:-Conduct full screening audits in residential homes, entering attics, basements and crawl spaces. -Determine insulation levels in both attics and walls. -Conduct visual checks of age and condition of HVAC equipment and ducts. -Install CLF/LED and water conservation devices at no cost to the customer as defined by program.-Complete an energy use data collection form to capture home data and generate list of recommended retrofits. -Generate computerized report for the customer. Track and enter all required program data in an accurate and timely manner. Provides proper and timely reporting of program progress-Interact with homeowners, answering questions regarding energy efficiency and recommend next steps. -Encourage homeowners to undertake specific energy saving measures recommended based on the home energy audit. Explain incentives and/or loans, and tax credits for energy efficiency improvements that may be available.Provides technical guidance to contractors on addressing program or residential construction needs or problems. Supports or assists contractors in addressing issues onsite in customer homes. -Training oncoming staff membersProficient in Energy Measure Home and Catalyst

Performing statistical quality audits, performed inspections control and inventory, control of samples for the QA department.-Gained valuable knowledge of fabric samples, stitching, and assembly of garments-Worked closely with samples for floor sets.-Responsible for filing inventory invoices for QA head of department-Input computer data
