TECHNOLOGY - Manage information flow in office including coordinating and directing outside technical support; trouble shoot software and provide technical support to staff. Evaluate equipment needs, research, and procure new equipment when necessary.PROPERTY MANAGEMENT - Manage the day-to-day operations of a 60,000sf commercial multi-tenant historic office building in the Presidio of San Francisco. Tenants range from small to large in the non-profit, private, and tech industry. In additional to fiscal accountability, I manage the physical building operations and systems including maintenance and repairs, leasing activity, tenant and vendor relations, marketing, as well having extensive interactions with building ownership and the Presidio Trust. Sustainable green building practices and universal access principles are incorporated wherever possible.
