• Drafted content for resource guide tailored to Philadelphia Pre-K providers as part of Mayor Jim Kenney’s campaign for free, universal pre-K for 3 -and 4-year olds. Guide designed to connect pre-K providers with resources to improve the quality of pre-K programs, like grants to expand or improve pre-K facilities, and business supports, like reimbursement incentives for installing security cameras.• Explained the PHLpre-K program to approximately 500 parents of 3 and 4-year olds who either previously expressed interest in the program or were foster parents, immigrants, or members of at-risk populations. Explained the enrollment process, found centers accepting PHLpre-K students near family members home or work location.

• Edited handbooks for Center’s two major programs: WomenCare serves the needs of women in the initial stages of gaining independence and self-sufficiency; and the Young Parents Support Network, where an adult mentor provides support for pregnant or parenting teens. Ensured the information was readable, clear, and grammatically correct allows for clear articulation of program goals, and makes the rules and expectations associated with being a mentor or mentee easy to understand.• Updated the content of The Delaware County Women’s Resource Guide, which provides women in Delaware County, PA with a comprehensive list of affordable services in 29 topic areas (including: adoption, abortion, immigration, parenting, crisis assistance, and employment). Verified services and contact information for organizations currently listed, and identified new ones to add.
