Contract Operations Associate Manager
Current• Responsible for CC operations management in the United States;• Assist with implementation and adherence to the policies, procedures, and practices of the U.S. CC, including strategic projects;• Be knowledgeable about, and ensure compliance with, company policies and procedures affecting the CC organization;• Collaborate with others in the CC to manage workload and identify ways to improve workflow, efficiencies and contracting practices;• Responsible for policy implementation and maintenance, change management and training;• Manage, organize, input, and archive completed contracts and related documents from signature through registration by supervising Contract Services Administrators, or those functioning in such capacity;• Ensure that all incoming completed contracts and documents are reviewed for accuracy and compliance with legal and other BAYER policy requirements;• Ensure CLMS compliance with Finance, Accounting, Auditing, and Compliance requirements; resolve issues related to the CLMS Pre and Post system, including those raised by requestors and third parties;• Generate reports for CC organizations and certain key users and provide information flow and management;• Identify training requirements and needs of the CC organization, including providing direction, education, and training to Contract Specialists within the CC organization and business units, business clients, end-users, and stakeholders, as required;• Provide support for U.S. users for both CLMS Post and Pre (including but not limited to such tasks as resolving issues, updating requests, supporting the U.S. support inbox, etc.)• Serve as a liaison among CC organizations, IT resources, and Global CC to ensure systems and processes perform as intended to satisfy operation requirements;• Collaborate with CC Costa Rica hub to provide support with CLMS Post and Pre activities;• Interface globally and locally on CLMS system and process enhancements;
