Contingent Resource Consultant onsite at Duke Energy-Vendor Management at Duke Energy, specifically Nuclear and Fossil Hydro-Collaborate with hiring managers to define position requirements to attract qualified candidates-Effectively manage relationships with over 30 staffing agencies-Liaison between hiring managers and staffing agencies for contingent workers-Manage the assignments for over 800 contingent workers at Duke Energy -Provide reporting for management at Duke Energy; Invoice Reports, Timesheet Reports, Assignment Reports, Cost Code Reports, etc. -Coordinate and handle on-boarding for contingent workers-Utilize applicant tracking system, StaffEnabler, for job orders, assignments and resume submission-Evaluate performance and turnaround time on job orders with account manager for staffing firms-Review resumes and forward on qualified candidates to hiring managers-Schedule and confirm interviews with hiring managers and staffing firms-Provide consistent follow up with managers, staffing agencies, human resources and contingent workers
