I took on the management of 6 Field Service Administrators in the Centralized Fulfillment Center (CFC) for Manpower Professional after working for 2 ½ weeks as a contract employee. Our team is responsible for on boarding and contract compliance on national accounts for companies such as IBM, HP, & EDS. The CFC manages over 500 consultants, provides customer service to our client managers, and continues to develop new processes to streamline workload and bring in more business. My greatest accomplishments include listening to the goals of each member of the team and then working with management to restructure the CFC in a way that created more accountability and teamwork. I continue to streamline and document processes in order to save time and money. I have worked closely with Operation Services to fix billing errors which reduced our outstanding A/R from over $1.4 million to about $250k in less than 2 months.
