-Perform classroom observations for first year teachers using the Charlotte Danielson Teachscape Rubric as a framework for engaging in learning focused conversations in all four domains.-Orient teacher to school, community & district -Continuously examine Common Core teaching standards & direct classroom application  -Explore a variety of classroom management techniques based on the needs of the students-Assist intern with the use of technology in classroom to enhance instruction & student performance -Support intern with effectively communicating & documenting parent-teacher conversations  -Examine student work & data results to measure teacher effectiveness  -Assist mentee with creating professional development plan -Maintain observation mentor log, observation feedback forms & attend monthly training sessions --Responsible for writing in-depth annual intern status reports
