Istonish offers IVR and IT services to their clients. My work encompassed a 10 week project developing SQL and SSRS for Istonish's newest client's periodic IVR call performance reports. Additional work included invoicing for the latest client and prototyping enhanced performance reports for the existing client base(SQL 2000). All reports were customized.
