My primary responsibility is to grow brand recognition, consumer confidence and build relationships with referring physician partners which has resulted in increased revenue and overall productivity of each provider. A critical part of my job is the Cosmetic Surgery Consultation process. By revamping the entire process, focusing on consultative selling, the patient needs and expectations, adding key personnel and a measured follow-up process, our conversion rate went from 28% to 67% in one year. The industry standard is between 61 - 65%.I have also used an integrative approach of face-to-face meetings, events and co-marketing opportunities that has strengthened Physician, Hospital & Community Relations. I have coordinated all marketing efforts to integrate an existing dermatology practice and a new plastic surgeon to the practice, all within a 13-month period which has resulted in double digit growth from 2018 – present.

I had the privilege of being part of the Executive Staff team that opened this luxury, boutique hotel. I provided support to the General Manager, and was the liaison for the General Manager to internal staff and external guests. I built and organized all administrative systems in the Executive office.I was chosen by the General Manager to be Point Person to provide Concierge Service to the largest new account, the Porsche Sports Driving School. I established all protocols, handled all travel arrangements and events, which resulted in over $1,000,000 of revenue in the first year.

This was truly the most meaningful work that I have ever had the privilege to be a part of. I was responsible for all aspects of leading, organizing, planning and recruiting for international medical mission/church planting trips for teams from 25 - 110 people.My last role with E3Partners was as the Community Transformation Director for the country of Malawi. Working alongside community leaders in-country to train them in how to identify resources in their own communities and develop a plan to create income opportunities for the people of each community.

WorkFaith Birmingham is a non-profit to help provide skills and job opportunities to the chronically unemployed in our community. As part of the team that launched WorkFaith, I provided executive support to the Director which included all internal and external communications, event planning, bookkeeping and fundraising. I also built all administrative systems and served as the liaison for the Director to potential donors as well as students participating in the training program. The greatest reward was the relationships built with the students and seeing them not only get a job, but see their confidence and their hope grow as a result of this program.

Over a period of a few months, with some strategic new hires, positive change began to happen both in results and overall morale. This "dream team" that I was a part of became the largest Bobbi Brown Cosmetics business outside of the New York flagship store! We finished the 2012 retail year up 15% over prior three years results. How did we do it? I implemented sales tracking and daily coaching to reach objectives. I focused on proactive service and selling behaviors with the team. I was also proactive in planning, setting booking goals for each team member and implementing national/store events. By doing so, we broke store records with one of our events generating $25000 in a two-day event!
