- Supervise floor of 40+ residents- Mediate conflict, manage crisis, maintain a safe and secure environment for residents- Discuss the reasons for having rules and regulations and advise students of all University policies. Adhere to all Residence Life and University rules and regulations in personal conduct.- Document and confront all those who fail to adhere to the Code of Social Conduct and residence life regulations and refer them to the appropriate judicial agency.- Facilitate, coordinate, or present with the Community Director and staff teams residential-wide events or programs, providing administrative support as needed- Train in emergency procedures and partner with Counseling and Psychological Services to provide psychoeducation education and services- Collaborate with rotational on-call duty, write detailed incident reports, and complete safety room checks
