Hi, I'm Mennat Allah Hamdy, a People and Culture Manager at Speakol, a leading digital marketing platform in the MENA region. I also oversee the day-to-day operations of HR staff and ensure adherence to established policies, processes, and procedures. Previously, I worked as a People Operations Business Partner and a Section Head Human Resources at Thiqa Microfinance, where I was responsible for payroll, staff leave records, compensation packages, employee wellness initiatives, and people records. I also have experience in the financial sector, having worked as a Senior HR Generalist at Beltone Financial Holding, where I handled compensation and benefits, personnel administration, and performance management.
