I work with over 300 customers to manage and grow sales while also being a resource to our fleets and dealers for product information and specific application details. In this role I interact with a variety of different positions from large fleet owners to fleet maintenance managers.

Summer 2017- I worked with the Dealer Experience Team to create training materials for their Salesforce.com platforms. I created an extensive training book for Sales Cloud to distribute to Michelin US field sales. The book was then translated into French and Spanish and distributed to field sales in Mexico and Canada.

As a summer intern I worked alongside the staff of Crawford Strategy on multiple client projects. Client projects included working on press releases, organizing client events and analyzing advertisement results
