Current- Identification of hydraulic seals and analyzing sealing failures - with familiarity of 50+ profiles in various material compounds and their limitations and recommended usages- Training employees - weekly teaching of technical information to improve customer service time and experiences- Training customers - several times a year speaking to customers from different companies directly about catalog contents and identification to streamline and improve confidence in their ordering process- Interpretation of technical drawings and dimensions - 30+ custom prints a week for machined parts to solve customer's needs- Helping customers with custom applications questions and concerns - dozens of phone calls and thorough emails weekly- Building customer trust in company reputation with satisfying and timely solutions to problems - Writing and editing documentionation and proofing of catalog contents - continuously throughout the year in preparation of catalog publication every 2 years- Self-motivated continual improvement of processes to increase productivity and decrease mistakes- Building custom seals and gaskets in SolidWorks- Writing custom M & G code for special machined parts as needed in DMH program- Maintaining organized spreadsheet of incoming packages for seal identification and assigning work accordingly - over $100k in sales yearly from this source
