Use the tool to pay target incentive compensation for several hundred sales incentive participants globally on a diverse array of plans on a quarterly basis.- Created a repository of all the team’s critical work instructions in Confluence to reduce knowledge gaps and support the onboarding process. - Improved the fairness and transparency of KPM payouts by overhauling KPM metrics to ensure all selections met SMART criteria. - Collaborated with regional operations to complete the annual planning cycle using Anaplan to build quotas and distribute to the field in record time.- Established a retrospective process after each payout cycle to routinely identify and resolve operational issues.- Significantly contributed to the hiring and onboarding of a new team member after only 6 months in the role.
