I am raised agile at the LEGO Group and are now using and developing my knowledge even further with my colleagues at Implement Consulting Group. My primary focus is evaluation of Agile Organizations, Helping organization take their agile approach to next level. Also I love to helping organizations master OKRs as a steering tool, training agile roles, inspiring leaders on employee engagement and similar challenges that make the culture flourish.
