Lubricants Department

- Lead the upgrade of process control system, which is part of a $42 million Lubricant plant expansion project in Singapore, and reviving a dormant automatic batch blender (ABB) to cater for demand growth around the region.- Review P&ID drawings, electrical drawings against site connections.- Managing vendor’s deliverables and project schedule.- Provides daily management updates, and anticipates for any delay in system startup.- Review IT security requirements and ensure system confidentiality, integrity and availability are met. Perform IT audit checks to ensure that necessary controls are in place. Proposed control improvements as required. - Conduct training to bring up awareness of new IT security controls requirements- Reviews new controls guidelines/requirements, develop controls procedures and documents necessary to satisfy requirements- Manages engineering project budget for Asia pacific Champion detailed cost and schedule estimation for all projects in Asia Pacific Track and monitor plan/actual project status to ensure timely development, execution, close out including project documentation Timely monthly cost tracking, updating report for monthly review with Global Management Overall guidance and support of project cost control to project engineers Monitor and track key performance indicators for all projects and report monthly Evaluating project economics. Performing project reappraisals

It Department

- Manage a team of 9 IT professionals across 3 offices in Singapore. Key to this role was the monitoring of team member’s performance, offering rewards and coaching when necessary.- Responsible of mentoring new hires and developed plan to have them assimilate to the new work environment targeting them to start working independently within 6 months upon onboarding- Setting team directions, team vision, seeking improvement opportunities.- Provide team with performance coaching, performance appraisals. Constantly seeking opportunities to challenge team’s capabilities, and enhance employee’s growth within the company, motivates team member’s morale to maximize productivity- Re-design computer room to maximize space, HVAC, power distribution and safety within the computer room.- Ensuring IT services meets defined Service Level Agreements (SLA). Work with service vendors to ensure the problem calls are resolved in a timely manner, within agreement SLA with business- Ensure all issues are logged and take responsibility for ticket closure and timely resolution, escalating decisively where required.- Review department business continuity plans. Develop system disaster recovery plans accordingly to business recovery requirements. - Review and perform disaster recovery, to evaluate on effectiveness of the plan, which involves planning, coordinating, execution and testing

Fuels Marketing Department

- Managed and oversee major upgrade of POS on 72 service stations, ensuring minimal disruption to service station operations.- Managing resources to ensure works are performed safety and timely- Ensures quality IT services is provided to business team, ensuring business needs are catered for. Reviews all change request, work with respective vendors/IT teams to develop change implementation plan.- Was assigned the incident manager for IT incidents, work with respective parties to evaluate root causes, implement fixes. Ensures frequent communication with affected parties/stakeholders, to ensure that they are updated on work progress and estimated problem resolution time.- Perform risk assessment of new systems and review risk assessment of existing systems- Develop and monitor KPI for all service station POS performance, and provided monthly management reporting

It Department

- Manage at team of 5 IT professionals, to rollout new desktops and laptops for all employees situated in 5 offices across Singapore- Conduct weekly project status update to key stakeholders, worked with each department’s single point of contact for departmental rollout schedule- Manage and track capital spending for the project. Provided bi-weekly reporting on capital budget

It Department

- Manage approx 50 Wintel servers across Singapore. Including installation, troubleshooting issues, monitoring of backups, attending to data restoration requests- Key change implementer for any system updates, problem resolutions. Ensure proper change plan is in place, which includes implementation plan, back-out plan, and change schedule, attaining approval from key stakeholder for all changes.- Perform computer room and server consolidation, of 105 servers from 5 locations to 2 locations, including work planning, migration and implementation. The project was completed safely, on budget and without an equipment failure or prolonged downtime.

It Department

- Provide Level 1 and 2 desktop side supports for the whole Marketing team and it’s supporting functions, consisting of approx 150 users- Account administrator for all Lotus Notes accounts and Windows accounts. Manages all account requests- Administers the PABX system, perform monthly call accounting reporting. Work with vendor in providing monthly maintenance on the PABX system
