- Manage at team of 5 IT professionals, to rollout new desktops and laptops for all employees situated in 5 offices across Singapore- Conduct weekly project status update to key stakeholders, worked with each department’s single point of contact for departmental rollout schedule- Manage and track capital spending for the project. Provided bi-weekly reporting on capital budget

- Manage approx 50 Wintel servers across Singapore. Including installation, troubleshooting issues, monitoring of backups, attending to data restoration requests- Key change implementer for any system updates, problem resolutions. Ensure proper change plan is in place, which includes implementation plan, back-out plan, and change schedule, attaining approval from key stakeholder for all changes.- Perform computer room and server consolidation, of 105 servers from 5 locations to 2 locations, including work planning, migration and implementation. The project was completed safely, on budget and without an equipment failure or prolonged downtime.

- Provide Level 1 and 2 desktop side supports for the whole Marketing team and it’s supporting functions, consisting of approx 150 users- Account administrator for all Lotus Notes accounts and Windows accounts. Manages all account requests- Administers the PABX system, perform monthly call accounting reporting. Work with vendor in providing monthly maintenance on the PABX system
