• Make necessary coordination with various site departments for the smooth functioning of the project.• Make efficient organization plan for the technical & non-technical requirement of the site and fill it with qualified individuals.• Review and manage the Site Work plan by coordinating with Construction and Planning Department.• Make necessary schedule for Procurement as per the Site Work Plan for achieving the planned finished date of the project.• Make the Logistic Site Plan at the Site Work Starting.• Review and implement the Site Safety Plan by coordinating with the Safety Department.• Manage and maintain the Site Quality Plan for achieving the modern quality standard by coordinating with QA/QC Department.• Review and mange properly for preparing the daily, weekly and monthly Project Progress Reports.• Attend in the various progress meetings conducted by Main contractor project Manager, Client and Consultant by leading the necessary technical teams.• Proper reporting of the site work progress to the head office by working a link between Client/Program Manager.• Prepare and manage all the Correspondences with Client/Program Manager/Consultant and Head office. • Arrange internal meeting with technical team for the site work progress and for the smooth site office functioning.• Manage and instruct all the Sub-Contractors with required site work pressure.• Review and finalize the Site Payment Certificates and Sub-Contractor’s Payments.• To review and check for the Corrective action to the Job Site Instructions (JSI) and Non-Conformance Report issued by the Consultant.
