I was also a peer mentor and calculus teacher for Indigenous students at the U of C, mentoring three students into the engineering program and teaching eight. In my free time, I volunteer for the Alcove Centre of the Arts, a social innovation business to improve access to creative arts in Calgary.That said, I acquired a severe traumatic brain injury in my first year of university. It provided me with a diverse outlook instead of limiting my experience. As I’ve grown, principles of usability and learning interest me.
